Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, announces that it was notified today that, following the sale on 29 September 2010 of 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Cary Knapton (and related parties) is now interested in 934,340 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.98 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
