Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market announces that it was notified today that following the purchase of 261,040 ordinary shares on 20 April 2010, Cary Knapton (and related parties) is now interested in 1,069,340 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
